2022’s inaugural Australian Slopestyle Tour showcased a ton of raw talent. One rider in particular, Ted Oakley really made his mark.
Most of this came down to his smooth style and even more so, his down to earth attitude. All the way from the West Coast of Aus, his massive commute east to chase the riding dream the end result of losing his mechanic job post pandemic. It’s a move that has brought him into the fold of the Sydney riding scene and all it has to offer, from the training ground that is Big Air Bike Park to riding all three stops of the AST, resulting in a well earned third place overall.
