Northshore is back! Brage Vestavik goes huge in TROLLDOM

Bringing back the skinny’s that made BC’s North Shore a freeride mecca, Brage Vestavik finds, builds and absolutely destroys what could be line of the year.

BC and Northshore always inspired me the most growing up, with the crazy natural rock and unique wooden features. To finally do a project here is a dream come true. The possibilities and terrain have opened a new world for me! It feels really cool to pay homage to what I grew up watching, but doing it in my way. I have learned so many new things about building out here, splitting my first cedar planks, for example. I’m hooked! So sick to meet up with Steve Vanderhoek, who brought me out to his zone and gave me the opportunity to craft my vision. That line is kind of a dream line to me. I have always dreamed of building a line with only wood and slabs, but it’s so hard to imagine how it would be until you actually see the zone in real life. I was losing my mind when Steve brought me out to his zone. I spotted the line I wanted to build almost right away – following the natural slabs and fallen trees. Camping out in these zones, building and filming have been some of the best times of my life, making so many cool new friends. Big shout-out to the whole crew for making this project possible. We could never have done this without the friendly and dedicated people in BC. Building and filming out here for the first time, feels like it’s opening a new chapter for me and Blur Media (BXB).”
