Spoke Tales: Team GT Dropping In at EWS and Crankworx Rotorua

Spoke Tales Season Two follows Team GT as they traverse the globe hitting Downhill and Enduro events. With Rotorua opening their season accounts with EWS racing and Crankworx in the one place, episode one is a banger. Heli-drops, swimming holes, wet and wild trail conditions, and a couple of podium finishes make for some good times on and off the bikes.

Wyn by name, and Wyn by nature, pushed the pace at EWS and walked away the win in his home country, while Martin would end the day in 13th. Annette finished 10th overall in the women’s Pro race and Rachel Throop showed true grit pushing it on race day, but was sidelined after stage 4 due to a broken finger and hard crash. Pushing through a muddy conditions, Brook and junior come elite mens contender Jackson Frew placed 24th and 25th in the IXS DH finals, and to cap it off, T-Mac would send it into 3rd at the Crankworx Whip Off Championships.
