The Race is being held on Woodford Island Maclean. Event centre is on Illarwill Oval Clarence St Illarwill.

The traditional owners of Woodford Hill are the Yaegl People.
What are the trails/race tracks like?
The trails are on the east side of the escarpment.
What kind of dirt are we talking?
The terrain is varied across all the tracks, from hard packed sand, clays, rich dark soil, gripy red soils with many sand stone rock features throughout the trails
What are some of the unique trail features to look forward to?
The trails on Woodford are hand cut and by no means bike park. We have some of the best rock features and rock gardens I have ridden. Many lots of technical steep sections with a good mix of free flowing shoots and brilliant flow sections where timing is everything.
What how much elevation drop will the trails have?
Woodford Hill at the trail head is 200m
What are the liaison stages like?
There are 6 stages well connected with fire roads and tar roads. A couple of the stages have single track liasions of about 200 to 300 m that lead onto fire road.

Private shuttles are allowed on Saturday there is a tar road to the top of Woodford hill a small dirt road in excellent condition then leads to a turning circle drop off area at the towers. Repeater Station Road.

Daily schedule?
Practice opens at 10am both Friday and Saturday.
Practise conditions?
Riders must be registered in the race to use the trails during practice times.

What style of timing system will be used?
Sport Indent Air timing system with live timing available during the race. White lightning also timed the Stromlo Round

Final results will be available at presentation.

Are full face helmets required for all timed race stages, etc?
Yes, this is a full face event.
Anything else riders should know?
Reminder that Junior riders must wear elbow and knee pads and long sleeve jerseys.

Closest place to buy food / drink?
There will be a BBQ onsite, with Sausage Sizzle, beef roles BLT and much more. Plus a coffie van with cakes. Also we will have a Juice van all weekend
Parking?
Parking is available around Illarwill Oval the event centre.
What happens if it rains (a lot)?
We get wet! The event will run rain, hail or shine.
Closest accommodations?
There are numerous motels in Maclean about 5 minutes from event centre, Camping is available at Maclean Showground less then 2km away. Yamba is about 15minutes and has many motels and camping complexes available.
